We are not interested in being your personal trainer. What we can do is ensure your training is optimal. Paul Cavendish has worked with elite level athletes developing annual training plans for junior through to Masters level competitors in track and field, rugby, tennis, surf lifesaving, swimming, triathlon and surfing.
Paul is available to review your training and your goals and advise you on the best way to achieve your goals, whether they be to run your first half marathon or make the National team. He is skilled in ensuring you achieve this by:
– Developing a plan that works. This is based on the best scientific evidence (not gimmicks)
– Accurately testing, measuring and monitoring your performance
– Preventing overtraining by writing or modifying your exercise session plans
– Implementing key preventative exercises from postural and biomechanical analysis
